As part of QCJMD's continuing commitment to promote inclusivity, respect, and meaningful rehabilitation, the facility held its first-ever Miss Paperdoll 2026 under the leadership of the City Jail Warden, JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION.

The pageant brought together members of the LGBTQ+ community among the PDL, who confidently showcased their creativity, talent, and wit through the recycled fashion segment, talent competition, and the much-awaited question-and-answer portion. Beyond the competition, the event became a celebration of self-expression, confidence, and personal growth.

The panel of judges was composed of PCPT ARIEL L MALANA, Deputy Station Commander of PNP QCPD Police Station 13, JINSP JOSE ABNER E MENDOZA, Chief Gate Security, and Mr Mark Roderick C Lu of BFP Rolling Hills. The program was hosted by Jake Catalogo, whose vibrant personality and love for pageantry brought energy and excitement to the celebration.

Miss Paperdoll 2026 is a reminder that rehabilitation creates spaces where confidence can grow, talents can shine, and every individual is given the opportunity to embrace a new beginning.
