The BJMP Quezon City Jail Management System, which includes the Virtual Dashboard for PDL's Monitoring at the Male Dormitory, is a sophisticated digital solution developed in collaboration between the Quezon City Local Government Unit (LGU) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

Primary Functions and Features

Real-Time Intelligence & Data-Driven Management: Provides jail officials with instantaneous and actionable data for better decision-making regarding inmate care and facility operations.
Inmate Profile & Welfare Tracking: Maintains detailed electronic records for each PDL, including their:
- Medical status and history.
- Behavioral records.
- Legal documents and case status.
- Tracking of their participation in welfare and development programs (e.g., livelihood, education).
Local Government Integration: Facilitates better coordination and data sharing with Quezon City's social services and other departments to link PDLs with necessary health, legal, and family support programs.
Gender-Specific Monitoring: The Male Dormitory has its own custom dashboard and separate data system to address its specific needs.
