As part of its continuing commitment to holistic rehabilitation, the Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory conducted simultaneous skills training programs for Persons Deprived of Liberty, focusing on Dog Training and Traditional Hilot.

In partnership with the Quezon City Local Government Unit, the PDL underwent comprehensive seminars and hands on practical training sessions designed to equip them with livelihood skills that they may utilize upon their reintegration into the community.

The Dog Training program was facilitated by QCVD Trainers, while the Traditional Hilot Training was led by Ms Priscila E Lacap, who generously shared her expertise in this time honored Filipino healing practice.

Through initiatives like these, QCJMD reaffirms its mission of transforming lives by providing meaningful opportunities for growth, learning, and productive reintegration.

Because inside our walls, change is not just encouraged, it is cultivated.
