Under the guidance of City Jail Warden 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍, the QCJ-MD conducted a meaningful Social Responsibility and Outreach Program by facilitating a surprise e-Dalaw for visitorless, indigent, sick, and aged (VISA) persons deprived of liberty (PDL).

As one of the best practices of the City Jail Warden, the initiative gave PDL who never receive visitors the opportunity to reconnect with their loved ones through virtual communication. The heartfelt conversations brought smiles and comfort as they were finally able to see and speak with their families.

The participating PDL expressed their thankful for the opportunity to QCJ-MD for making the program possible, proving that even a simple conversation can strengthen family bonds and inspire hope.
