QCJMD officially launched the PiDeL Wellness Salon & Spa under the leadership of the City Jail Warden, JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION RPh, together with JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, Chief Welfare and Development Section.

The activity began with a short program attended by Ms Karren Gambe, Operations Manager of Create the Change Australasia, Mr Bobby De Guzman, owner of Bob DG Salon Equipment Dealer, and Fr John Castillo.

This was followed by the blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony, where guests witnessed the newly opened salon and hilot rooms transformed from repurposed jail cells into spaces for learning and livelihood opportunities for PDL.

The meaningful event concluded with a Holy Mass celebrated by Fr John Castillo together with Sister Norma Gonzales and the Diocese of Novaliches.
