Fresh from the heels of their Basic Food & Beverage Operations Training, Park Inn by Radisson's Hotel North EDSA returns to Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory to bring more opportunities for driven persons deprived of liberty through the Bread and Pastry Skills Training held on June 3, 2026 at the QCJ-MD Livelihood Area Bakery.

The program opened with a brief refresher on Food Safety by Hygienist Erika Carisma to ensure proper handling and cleanliness through the course of the affair. Following this, Master Chef Ricardo Descutido shared his expertise and new recipes to the Tinapay ni Pidel Bakers, other PDL, and select jail personnel during the day-long training. The activity was conducted under No Juan Left Behind, a joint initiative between Hon MAYOR JOY BELMONTE, QC LGU, and Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory focused on the betterment of PDL to prepare them for their eventual reintegration to society.

Leading the delegation, People & Culture Director Virna Chua brought a generous donation from Park Inn North EDSA comprised of bed linens and pillows for the PDL, and toys for the Kidzone City Child Friendly Area, graciously received by City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION.
