During the ceremony, Mr. Gabriel and Dr. Napoles shared inspiring messages, encouraging the graduates to continue improving themselves and to use the knowledge and training they gained as stepping stones toward a better future. They emphasized the importance of discipline and hope.

After the program, the graduates also received personal hygiene kits and food packs initiated by the City Jail Warden to support their well-being and rehabilitation. This simple gesture reflected care and compassion in helping PDL restore confidence and sense of purpose as part of the continuing commitment to the โ€ Program.
