On May 12, 2026, the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory under the leadership of 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍,𝐑𝐏𝐡, Quezon City Warden, commenced the second day of the PDL Voter Registration conducted by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).

The initiative accommodated PDL from Districts 3 and 5 as part of the three-day voter registration drive for eligible persons deprived of liberty.

A total of 338 PDL successfully registered, reflecting their commitment to civic participation despite their circumstances. The activity was led by Election Officer Rommel Matreo, together with 22 COMELEC personnel who ensured a smooth and orderly registration process.
