On July 29, 2026, the Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory conducted Alternative Learning System (ALS) Graduation and Moving Up Ceremony for 72 persons deprived of liberty (PDL) made up by 12 elementary graduates, 54 junior highschool completers, and 6 senior highschool graduates.

JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, QC Jail Warden, delivered the opening remarks. Dr Ryan C Ateroza, Education Program Supervisor and ALS Focal Person and Quezon City Highschool Principal Remedios P Danao presented the candidates, while Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Reginaldo A Reyes, CESE, confirmed the graduates.

Diplomas and special awards were handed out by JCSUPT DENNIS U ROCAMORA, CESE. Deputy Chief for Administration, JCSUPT BABY NOEL B MONTALVO, TLPE, BJMPRO-NCR Chief, and JSUPT JUNDELINA C JAGUNAP Chief, Regional Welfare and Development Division.
