Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory, under the leadership of JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION RPh, together with SJO4 Shirley P Laggui, participated in the official launching of the QC Circulatory Hub by ANTHILL Fabric Gallery, an initiative promoting zero-waste practices through textile weaving.

Through this program, Persons Deprived of Liberty will be given the opportunity to learn the art of fabric weaving, providing them with sustainable skills that can serve as a source of livelihood upon reintegration into society.

The event also featured a live weaving demonstration and celebrated the graduation of 20 artisans, further empowering communities through creativity and sustainability.
