TESDA NCR extends its mentoring hand at Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory, this time for persons deprived of liberty, at the reopening of the Carpentry Skills Training on May 20, 2026 at the QCJ-MD logistics area.

During her speech, TESDA Specialist Retchie Paredes emphasized that through the training, participants would learn to โ€œmake wonders out of scraps,โ€ drawing a parallel between carpentry and personal transformation - that despite past mistakes, they still have the capacity to rebuild and create something meaningful out of what was once thought worthless. Carpentry Skills Trainer Danilo M Bersaba was once again present to share his expertise to willing and dedicated pdl.
