Twenty-four PDL and one former PDL proudly completed the Basic Food & Beverage Operations Training through the partnership of Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA and Quezon City. More than certificates, this milestone opens doors to brighter opportunities, proving that with skills, support, and determination, every Juan can rise beyond limitations.

Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory - March 26, 2026 marks an equally monumental stride in keeping Every Juan in the path to positive change during the Completion of the Basic Food & Beverage Operations Training of Park Inn by Radisson Hotels North EDSA.

24 total PDL graduates including one former PDL were joined by their loved ones and families as they receive their rightfully earned training certificates for their successful completion of the two-month long program from the Awarding Committee composed of the Office of the City Mayor District 2 Action Officer Atty Enrile Teodoro, OIC, QC Skills and Livelihood Foundation, Inc. Valerie Bernardino, Head of QC Gender and Development Council Janette Oviedo, City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, and Trainer Ritchie Choco.

Despite being engaged in other commitments, Hon. QC Mayor Joy Belmonte’s unwavering dedication to service arrived at the occasion through her pledge to adopt the families of the graduates in the Tindahan ni Ate Joy Program in support of the ultimate goal of Leaving No Juan Behind. Park Inn by Radisson Hotels North EDSA is also awaiting potential new members to their growing staff from the graduates of the training upon their release from jail.
