On June 15, 2026, The traditional flag raising ceremony led by 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐇𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐘 𝐍 𝐅𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐎, Chief of the Health Service Unit (HSU), highlighting the importance of shared values and excellence in service.

During the program, JO2 Markiel Odrunia delivered the Value Focus on “Neighborliness,” emphasizing that it is not measured by grand gestures alone but demonstrated through simple everyday actions, showing respect and integrity toward others.
