On July 3, 2026, under the leadership of 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍, Quezon City Jail Warden, the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory (QCJ-MD) held the graduation ceremony for a total of 92 persons deprived of liberty (PDL) who successfully completed the Pa-ReLEASe Me Program at the facility's Activity Area.

The program, an initiative of the Diocese of Novaliches Restorative Justice Ministry (RJM), aims to promote the spiritual formation and personal transformation of PDL, helping them prepare for a more meaningful and responsible reintegration into society.

The ceremony was led by Rev. Fr. Bienvenido Luke Dobles, RJM, Priest Director, together with Rev. Fr. Edgie Armine, Rev. Fr. JSINSP Mark Anthony Ferrer, Bishop Antonio R. Tobias, DD, Sr. Norma C. Gonzales, SHE, RJM Program Coordinator of the Diocese of Novaliches, and the dedicated Pa-ReLEASe Me volunteer teachers, whose commitment contributed to the successful implementation of the program.

Following the graduation ceremony, the graduates received simple gifts and hygiene kits from the Diocese of Novaliches and the Pa-ReLEASe Me volunteers as tokens of support and recognition for their commitment to personal growth and rehabilitation.
