A specialized dermatological medical mission was conducted for persons deprived of liberty (PDL) at the Quezon City Jail on July 8, 2026 by the Rizal Medical Center - Department of Dermatology in collaboration with the International Alliance for Global Health Dermatology and CeraVe.

Volunteer dermatologists provided comprehensive check-ups, dispensed free medications and performed minor on-site surgeries to immediately treat and alleviate skin conditions among persons deprived of liberty (PDL).

In recognition of their invaluable service, JCINSP HENRY M FABRO, Chief of the Health Service Unit, awarded Certificates of Appreciation to the selfless Rizal Medical Center Staff.
