A Holy Mass was celebrated at Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory, led by Rev. Fr. Conegundo B Garganta and attended by members of PRESO Inc., CHIRO North District Manila, and the Diocese of Cubao.

During his homily, Fr. Garganta reflected on the words “Changing Lives, Building a Safer Nation,” reminding everyone that change begins within each person and that our actions can make a difference in the lives of others and the community we serve.

May faith continue to guide us in becoming instruments of positive change.
