JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh , City Jail Warden, graced the University of Santo Tomas Alumni Association, Inc. (USTAAI) General Assembly & Elections as the Guest Speaker on March 7, 2026 at UST Manila.

During her speech, JSUPT PACION took the opportunity to promote the services and initiatives of Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory to her esteemed peers to encourage collaboration between the various Alumni organizations of UST and the jail that will benefit Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). JSUPT PACION is a proud alumna of the University of Santo Tomas, having earned her degree in Pharmacy as part of the UST Class of 1994.

USTAAI President Atty. Dwight M Ramos and Chairman of the Board Evelyn A Songco, Ph.D, presented JSUPT PACION with a Certificate of Appreciation for her insightful discussion.
