JCSUPT BABY NOEL P MONTALVO, TLPE, Regional Director, together with Key Officials from the BJMPRO - NCR conducted Personnel Information & Education (PI&E) at Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory on March 11, 2026.

The activity served as an opportunity for the Regional Office to personally offer guidance and brief Jail Officers of QCJ-MD on latest policies and memoranda. In addition, it allowed JCSUPT MONTALVO and staff to directly engage with personnel and address their concerns.

Assistant Regional Director for Administration, JSUPT MARGIE B MONSALUD, Regional Chief of Directorial Staff, and other Officers from the Regional Office. City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, presented tokens of appreciation to JCSUPT MONTALVO and to members of the Office of the Command Group for their hands-on leadership and active participation in the program.
