On August 31, 2026, Under the guidance of City Jail Warden, πππππ πππππ πππππππ π ππππππ, the QCJ-MD conducted a meaningful Social Responsibility and Outreach Program by facilitating a surprise e-Dalaw for visitorless, indigent, sick, and aged (VISA) persons deprived of liberty (PDL).
As one of the best practices of the City Jail Warden, the initiative gave PDL who never receive visitors the opportunity to reconnect with their loved ones through virtual communication. The meaningful conversations brought smiles and comfort as PDL were given the chance to see and speak with their loved ones
