Under the leadership of 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍,𝐑𝐏𝐡, Quezon City Jail Warden, the QCJ-MD continues to strengthen its commitment to the rehabilitation and development of Persons Deprived of Liberty through its collaboration with the Local Government of Quezon City, led by QC Mayor Joy Belmonte and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗔) as part of the “No Juan Left Behind” Program.

Through this partnership, the QCJ-MD aims to provide meaningful skills development programs that will help PDL enhance their abilities, gain valuable knowledge, and prepare for better opportunities upon their reintegration into society. The initiative reflects the shared commitment of QCJ-MD, QC LGU and TESDA to empower individuals through education, technical training, and programs that promote personal growth.

As part of this collaborative effort,a coordination meeting was conducted and attended by representatives from TESDA, including Angelica A. Nalo, TESDA Specialist; Edmar Jay Blanco, Training Administrator; Danilo Bersaba, Trainer; Carmel Tordesillas, Supervisor and Administrative Officer; Liza Herrero, Administrative Officer; and Jay Asilo, Assessment Center Manager. This highlights the QCJ-MD’s continued effort to strengthen partnerships that support holistic rehabilitation and help PDL rebuild their lives as productive members of the community.
