Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory gathered its dedicated partners for an ocassion of acknowledgement, conceptual planning, and fellowship during the Service Providers Recognition Day at the facility conference room on September 16, 2026.

Chief HRMDU and Welfare and Development Section JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE formally commenced the event with her opening message followed by a showing of video tribute prepared by WD personnel to honor the Service Providers for their selfless drive and compassion to serve the resident persons deprived of liberty (PDL) of QCJ-MD.

The floor was then opened for discussion regarding the events scheduled for the remainder of 2026. Particular focus was placed on National Correctional Consciousness Week (NACOCOW), where cooperation from all participants is encouraged for a successful celebration.

During the highlight of the affair, JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, City Jail Warden, together with JSINSP MALAZARTE, and SJO4 Shirley P Laggui, Chief Development Section presented the Plaques of Recognition to the attendees in appreciation of their continued support to the reform and development of the PDL.
