Under the leadership of City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, the long-awaited Kasalang Bayan at Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory finally took place, bringing five PDL and their loved ones together for a day they will remember.

The wedding was officiated by HON. JOSEFINA “JOY” BELMONTE, Mayor of Quezon City, with the couples joined by their families and fellow PDL. Also present was JSUPT JUDELINA C JAGUNAP, Chief, Regional Welfare and Development Division, representing the Regional Director of BJMP-NCR, JCSUPT BABY NOEL P MONTALVO, who was also one of the major sponsors of the celebration.

The Quezon City Government, through Mayor Joy, also provided food for the reception, making the celebration even more meaningful for the couples, their families, and guests.
