The Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory (QCJ-MD), together with the Quezon City Jail-Female Dormitory (QCJ-FD), celebrated the Commencement Exercises 2026 on September 26, 2026, recognizing 26 graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship program.

Of the 16 QCJ-FD graduates, 13 have been released while 3 remain under custody. Meanwhile, among the 10 QCJ-MD graduates, 5 have been released and 5 remain under custody.

The milestone highlights the continuing partnership among the BJMP, Quezon City Government, and Quezon City University (QCU) in providing educational opportunities to persons deprived of liberty (PDL) through β€œNo Woman Left Behind” and β€œNo Juan Left Behind.”
