Led by City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, QCJMD conducted its PI&E session featuring important updates for personnel, including health and well-being programs, the latest memorandum, and other personnel concerns.

A highlight of the activity was the Lingkod Bayan: Exemplary Public Servant awarding, where deserving personnel received a ₱500 voucher in recognition of their exemplary performance and dedication to public service. The vouchers may be used to avail of PDL livelihood products and services, allowing the recognition to also support the livelihood efforts of PDL.

The activity also included gift-giving for September birthday celebrants, adding a simple gesture of appreciation for QCJMD personnel.

Recognizing good service while supporting PDL livelihood creates a cycle where everyone contributes and benefits.
