Justice Cecilia Muñoz-Palma High School, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-National Capital Region (BJMP-NCR), and Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory officially entered a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the campus conference room on September 29, 2026.

This collaboration encompasses joint health, educational, and civic programs: from wellness drives and career orientations, to crime prevention campaigns and community outreach like Brigada Eskwela and environmental/sustainability activities, dedicated to nurturing the school's youth.
