On September 30, 2026, just a day after signing a Memorandum of Agreement, representatives from the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory returned to Justice Cecilia Muñoz-Palma High School to conduct an information drive for the students.

Community Relations Service officers distributed educational materials to youth on key topics, including drug prevention, Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), and anti-smoking awareness.

Through this ongoing collaboration, JCMPHS and QCJ-MD will continue to work hand-in-hand to guide young learners to become responsible, law-abiding citizens.
