Under the leadership of π±πΊπΌπ·π» π΄π¨πΉπ°π¨ π³πΆπΌπΉπ«π¬πΊ π· π·π¨πͺπ°πΆπ΅, City Jail Warden, the QCJ-MD facilitated a Senior Citizen ID Caravan for 60 senior citizen persons deprived of liberty (PDL) at the Activity Area.
Spearheaded by the Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), the activity provided senior citizen PDL with assistance in securing their Senior Citizen IDs, while also conducting an information drive on their rights, privileges, and benefits as senior citizens.
The participating senior citizen PDL expressed their warm gratitude, noting that having a Senior Citizen ID will help them access services and benefits intended for them.
Through this initiative, QCJ-MD continues to make sure that senior citizen PDL are given the assistance, and attention they need while in custody.
