In a deeply solemn and historic moment as Quezon City prepares to celebrate its 87th Founding Anniversary, the revered image of Our Lady of the Rosary of La Naval de Manila was brought to the Risen Garden at the QC Hall Compound on October 9, 2026.

Personnel from the Quezon City Jail–Male Dormitory joined Quezon City Mayor, QC Mayor Joy Belmonte, city department heads, and government staff for a Holy Mass to welcome the Patroness of Quezon City. Her sacred presence brings abundant blessings, spiritual guidance, and renewed hope to the city government and the entire QC community as Quezon City enters a new year of public service.
