The Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory conducted its traditional Monday flag-raising ceremony at the facility multi-purpose area on October 12, 2026 under the theme of Fairness.

In his value focused discussion, SJO3 Constante Villamor, Chief Escort Unit, drove home an important message: fairness means treating everyone right. Not just persons deprived of liberty (PDL), but the jail officers on the front lines, too. When staff morale gets a boost, performance naturally follows, carrying over to even more effective jail management.

To end the activity, City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION properly commended the Welfare and Development Section, led by JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, presenting them with certificates in recognition of the successful Kasalang Bayan held last October 3rd.
