Ahead of National Correctional Conciousness Week (NACOCOW) and the holiday season, The Jesus Miracle Crusade International Ministry, International Chaplain Ministerial Order, Values Formation & Spiritual Transformation Council Philippines Internationial Inc., and the Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippines Eagles Inc. (TFOE-PE) delivered an Early Christmas Thanks Giving Fellowship & Celebration Activity to the persons deprived of liberty (PDL) of Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory on October 17, 2026.

The spirit of Christmas truly arrived early as the participating organizations gifted the PDL firsthand with essentials like rubber slippers, clothes hangers, and vitamins, all while serving a hearty meal complete with a delightful sorbetes cart and matching crackers to make and enjoy icecream sandwiches.

TFOE-PE National President Kuya Agaton Javier personally graced the event and directly took part in the distribution. His involvement served as proof of the fraternal order's mission of practical service and community outreach.

On the authority of City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, Administrative Section and Welfare and Development Section Chief JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE presented the Certificates of Appreciation to all the partners involved in making this program possible.
