Through the collaboration Hon. MAYOR JOY BELMONTE, Quezon City LGU, and City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, No Juan Left Behind brought Park Inn by Radisson Hotels North EDSA to Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory for the conduct of a Food and Beverage Orientation for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) on March 24, 2026.

The hotel are installed by Radisson in the Livelihood Section of QCJ - MD will serve as the training ground in where PDL will learn and develop skills, providing them opportunities for possible future employment in the said hotel chain upon release.
