On February 25, 2026, JO1 Julie Ann C Alonzo from BJMPRO-NCR conducted a Seminar Workshop on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) at Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory.

SPMS is a BJMP-wide system that aligns personnel performance with the Bureau’s goals through target setting, monitoring, evaluation, and appropriate recognition or development interventions, thereby promoting transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency across the organization.

JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, City Jail Warden, presented the Certificate of Appreciation to JO1 Alonzo for sharing her expertise on the subject. JCINSP CHRISVIL O VILLAMOR, Chief HRMDU, was also present to oversee the activity.
