Under the leadership of ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐,๐๐๐ก, Quezon City Jail Warden, a total of 12 persons deprived of liberty (PDL) successfully graduated from the ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐ปโ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐๐๐ด๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฑ (KKDK) Program, a rehabilitation initiative aimed at strengthening mental wellness and community reintegration among PDL.
The graduation ceremony was led by ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ร๐, Assistant Chief of the Regional Welfare and Development Division, ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, Chief, Welfare and Development Section, Mr. Alfredo M. Foronda, Executive Director of the Quezon City Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council (QCADAAC), and Dr. Alarianito M. Blanco, QCADAAC-DOH Accredited Physician, who helped guide and support the participants throughout the program.
As part of the culminating activity, the graduates participated in the Commitment Tree ceremony, where they wrote and placed their personal messages and promises as symbol of their dedication to self-improvement and a better future.
