On April 29, 2026, JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, City Jail Warden, together with Welfare and Development Chief JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, led the Service Providers Quarterly Meeting at Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory. The activity gathered partners and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and enhance support programs for persons deprived of liberty (PDL). Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to partner institutions in recognition of their continued commitment and valuable contributions to the welfare, development, and rehabilitation of PDL.
