As the month of February came to a close, the City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, together with the Assistant City Jail Warden JCINSP JOHN MICHAEL A ALCOY and the Chiefs of Offices, convened the personnel of the Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory for a Personnel Information and Education session.

The activity served as an avenue for open communication, where concerns and queries from various units were heard and properly addressed. Plans, updates, and forward directions were discussed to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Beyond policies and operational matters, the gathering also recognized personal growth and discipline. Winners of the โ€œBiggest Loserโ€ initiative were awarded for their dedication and effort in pursuing a healthier lifestyle, proving that excellence in service also begins with taking care of oneโ€™s well being.

Through initiatives like this, QCJMD reinforces a culture of communication, accountability, and holistic development, because a stronger institution begins with informed, empowered, and healthy personnel.
