In line with the “No Juan Left Behind” program, QCJMD, through DRUG CHECK, conducted pre-registration for the upcoming laboratory testing of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

This initiative forms part of the continuous effort to ensure the health, well-being, and rehabilitation of PDL, providing access to medical services, monitoring, and support as they prepare for meaningful reintegration into society. The “No Juan Left Behind” program emphasizes that every PDL is given equal opportunity for development, healthcare, and second chances.
