Under the leadership of City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, QCJMD held a Holy Mass in observance of National Correctional Consciousness Week (NACOCOW) 2026, presided over by Rev Fr Vhen Yator.

The activity was made more meaningful through a gift-giving initiative sponsored by the Daughters of Mary Immaculate, together with the Sagrado Corazon Circle, Our Lady of Lourdes Circle, Medalla Milagrosa Circle, Diocesan Shrine of Sto Niño Parish, and San Isidro Labrador Parish. The sponsors generously provided food and hygiene kits for the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

QCJMD extends its heartfelt gratitude to the religious groups and parish communities for sharing their blessings and helping make NACOCOW a celebration of faith, compassion, and hope.

Through faith and generosity, we continue to uphold the dignity of every person and inspire hope for a new beginning.
