Under the leadership of City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory (QCJ-MD) conducted a surprise e-Dalaw activity for visitorless, indigent, sick, and aged persons deprived of liberty (VISA - PDL).

The initiative provided selected PDL with the opportunity to see and speak with their loved ones through virtual communication, bringing comfort, happiness, and renewed hope to those who rarely receive visitors.

The smiles and heartfelt conversations served as a reminder that family connections remain important, even while separated by confinement. Through this simple yet meaningful gesture, QCJ-MD continues to promote compassion, uphold the dignity of PDL, and strengthen family ties as part of their journey toward rehabilitation.

Because sometimes, one call is enough to remind someone that they are loved, remembered, and never forgotten.
