Under the leadership of City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, QCJMD participated in the School Safety Orientation on Active Attack Preparedness at Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma High School on October 23, 2026.

SJO1 Enrico D Velasquez, President of the Gun Safety Advocate of the Philippines and an Escort Unit personnel of QCJMD, served as a guest speaker alongside Mr Cresencio Abad Malana, a Range Safety Officer. They shared their knowledge and insights on active attack preparedness, emphasizing the importance of awareness, readiness, and cooperation in promoting a safer school environment.
