PAO’s nationwide caravan reaches QCJMD - bringing legal aid, healthcare, and hope to PDLs through the generosity of its partners.

The Public Attorney's Office (PAO) Nationwide Legal, Medical, Optical, Dental Jail Visitation, and Decongestion Program made a stop at Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory on March 30, 2026 as part of its ongoing mission to provide legal and healthcare services to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) since 2009.

DR. PERSIDA V. RUEDA-ACOSTA, DSD, J.D., Chief Public Attorney, was present to personally lead the caravan together with her staff to provide legal assistance and donate medicinal supplies.

The Manila Central University Hospital, De Ocampo College of Dentistry, and Executive Optical (E.O.) participated in the activity to provide medical, dental, and optical aid to the PDL.

City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, presented Chief RUEDA-ACOSTA and the Public Attorney's Office with Certicates of Appreciation for their invalueble and selfless contribution for the PDL of QCJ - MD.
