The Quezon City Jail – Male Dormitory held the graduation ceremony for the 11th batch of the Katatagan, Kalusugan at Damayan ng Komunidad (KKDK) program on June 30, 2025. A total of 36 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) and six (6) released individuals successfully completed the rehabilitation program.

The event was attended by Mr. Alfredo M. Foronda, Executive Director of QCADAAC, along with Dr. Alarianito M. Blanco, a QCADAAC-DOH accredited physician, who served as the guest speaker. The KKDK program continues to be a vital tool in promoting recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration for PDLs.
