Twenty-five Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the Quezon City Jail – Male Dormitory successfully completed a five-day haircutting training program held from June 9 to 13, 2025. The program was conducted through a joint partnership between HAIRAID Inc. (Australia), led by CEO Selina Tomasich and Mr. Mark Tomasich, and the Quezon City Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council (QCADAAC), with support from the Office of Vice Mayor Gian G. Sotto.

Certificates of Achievement were awarded by Jail Warden JSUPT Warren M Geronimo, Mr. and Mrs. Tomasich, JINSP Alene A Triste (Chief, HSS), and JO3 Viana Acayen (Chief, WDS), who commended the PDLs for their dedication. The program aimed to provide livelihood skills and support rehabilitation and reintegration efforts.
