8th Annual Gawad Penolohiya & 3rd Quarter Bests 2025

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology–National Capital Region (BJMP-NCR) convened the 8th Annual Gawad Penolohiya and 3rd Quarter Bests 2025 on November 18, 2025, at the BJMP Corporate Office along Congressional Avenue Extension, Quezon City. The ceremony formally recognized distinguished units and personnel who exemplified exceptional performance, unwavering integrity, and steadfast commitment to public service within the year.

JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, City Jail Warden, and JCINSP CHRISVILL O VILLAMOR, Chief, Administrative Section, formally received the awards conferred upon the Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory, reflecting the unit’s continued pursuit of excellence and professionalism on the other hand, JO1 VINCE ZABALA received the award for Best Unit Investigator of the Year (Type A) in recognition of his outstanding work and dedication.
