QCJMD welcomed the New Year with a Flag Raising Ceremony led by JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, marking a fresh start grounded in unity and service. The activity also formally welcomed the newest member of the jail family, JINSP JOSE ABNER E MENDOZA.
