𝐍𝐨 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐲𝐮𝐬𝐢

BJMPRO-NCR, led by JCSUPT BABY NOEL P MONTALVO, TLPE, joined MAYOR JOY BELMONTE in launching the 𝗡𝗼 𝗝𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 for PDL at the Quezon City Jail – Male Dormitory in line with Human Rights Day. Mayor Joy worked closely with JSUPT MARIA LOURDES PACION, Warden of QCJMD, 𝐃𝐑 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐌 𝐒𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐕, 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, and other officials of the Local Government of Quezon City to implement No Juan Left Behind, a program modelled after the No Woman Left Behind initiative at the Quezon City Jail-Female Dorm.

To formalize this partnership, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed between BJMPRO-NCR and the Quezon City Government, ensuring sustained collaboration in delivering education, livelihood training, and free medical services for PDL.

This initiative further strengthens BJMP’s support for programs that help PDL rebuild their lives. BJMPRO-NCR remains committed to advancing humane and transformative initiatives for the welfare and progress of our PDL.
