A sanctuary of care now stands within QCJMD as the Blue House, a dedicated room focused on the psychological and mental well-being of Persons Deprived of Liberty. This initiative is made possible through the strong partnership between the Quezon City Government and UST AAI.

Under the supervision of the Health Services Unit, and through the leadership of CITY JAIL WARDEN JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION and CHIEF HEALTH SERVICES UNIT JCISNP HENRY N FABRO, the Blue House serves as a space where minds are nurtured, emotions are understood, and healing begins.

Because every PDL deserves not just custody, but compassion and care.
