In celebration of Valentine's Day 2025. The Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory (QCJMD), in collaboration with the Quezon City Jail Female Dormitory (QCJFD), launched Love Connect - E-Dalaw, a unique and innovative program that fosters meaningful connections among PDL’S. This online dating initiative provided an opportunity for PDLs from both jails to talk, laugh and share conversations, promoting emotional well-being despite their circumstances.

Through this program, love and companionship found a way to overcome physical barriers, proving that even behind bars, hearts can still connect.
