On July 16, 2026, a total of 390 newly appointed Jail Officer 1 from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, National Capital Region (BJMP-NCR) officially took their Oath of Office during a ceremony held at the Christ the King Mission Seminary, 101 E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Quezon City, 1112 Metro Manila.

The ceremony marked the official start of their service in the BJMP, as they pledged to uphold the constitution and faithfully perform their duties with integrity and professionalism.
