𝑸𝒖𝒆𝒛𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑱𝒂𝒊𝒍 - 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝑫𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 extends its heartfelt Congratulations to the 9 Newly Promoted Officers to the rank of Chief Superintendent and Jail Officer 1 Mark Jason D Palisoc who was awarded the 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐚 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐚 𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 by DILG Secretary 𝗝𝗢𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗖 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗕𝗝𝗠𝗣 𝗝𝗗𝗜𝗥 𝗥𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗦 𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔 during the Donning of Ranks and Oath-taking Ceremony and Awarding of BJMP Medals on November 12, 2025 at the Quezon City Reception House.

During this momentous occasion, JO1 Mark Jayson Palisoc, joined by 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍, Jail Warden of Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory, was honored for his exceptional courage and swift action in assisting the PNP in preventing a shooting incident on October 29, 2025, in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, where he sustained minor injuries.
