Beyond sharing the word of the Lord, the activity showed care through action. Each PDL received food packs and hygiene kits, simple but meaningful help that reminded them they are not forgotten and that their dignity and well-being still matter despite their situation.

Adding warmth to the day, volunteer barbers gave free haircuts to participating PDL. With every careful trim and friendly conversation, the gesture restored not only neat appearances but also a renewed sense of self-worth and hope.

This initiative shows the jail’s commitment to rehabilitation by caring for the spiritual and physical well-being of PDL. Through partnerships with kind and faith-based groups, it gives them hope and reminds them that change is possible and a better future awaits
